Shipping and returns


Shipping
All our bibs are shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed and sent via Australia Post. 

If you would like to arrange a tracking service for your parcel please contact us immediately after placing your order and we can arrange this for an additional cost. 


Shipping details
Please ensure all name and address details are correct when finalising your order as we cannot accept responsibility for products sent to the wrong address.  If you realise your details are incorrect after you have placed your order, please email us and we will make the amendments, providing your order hasn't already been shipped.  

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details additional postage charges will apply for you items to be resent.


Returns policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item we will gladly replace it and cover the postage costs. 


Product representations
All our products are handmade so while we make them to be as close as possible to the product description images, colours may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.
